This program is designed for Appellate specialists, In-house counsel who supervise appeals, Civil trial lawyers and counseling attorneys. Both defense and plaintiff perspective will be explored. The faculty will discuss what works and doesn’t work from both sides of the bench. The program includes breakfasts, handouts and access to leaders in this rapidly growing area of law. Topics include:
